Creates a foundation in coordination, motor control, and athleticism; using body weight exercises, band resistance training, and proper running techniques in controlled, fun, and positive environment.
Focus: Body-Weight Exercises, Motor Skills & Movement Patterns, Core & Flexibility, Low-Level Plyometric & Conditioning, and Strong Work Ethic.
Introduces beginner-level weight lifting techniques and mechanics, speed progressions, and improving functional strength and flexibility to keep the athlete healthy and reduce the risk of injury.
Focus: Acceleration, Deceleration, Change of Direction, Velocity Skills, Intermediate Plyometric Training, Low-Level Functional Strength Exercises, Core & Flexibility, and Low-Level Weightlifting.
Designed to get the athlete ready for a collegiate strength and conditioning program. Fine-tunes the athletes' techniques and incorporates Olympic lifts and speed progression in order to develop strength, power, speed and agility needed to compete at the next level.
Focus: Acceleration, Deceleration, Change of Direction, Velocity Skills, Plyometric Training, Functional Strength Exercises, Olympic lifting, Sport-Specific Training, Injury Prevention, and Core & Flexibility.
