The weekend is here and all week you have stayed on track with your fitness goal! Good job! So, how will you make it through the weekend when temptations are knocking at your door? Make smart choices! Sometimes the simplest changes often yield the greatest results. Here are a few ideas to help you stay focused and on track.


When eating out:

1) Ask for dressings and sauces on the side.

2) Order baked, broiled or grilled. Say BYE to the FRY.

3) Send the bread back; you can do it!

4) Drink lots of water; it fills you up.

5) Choose whole grains.

6) And lastly, stay active!!
